What is life coaching?
Coaching is a powerful, partnership in which you are the expert in your life. Empowering questions and creative techniques allow you to examine what is going on right now, discover what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choose a course of action to make your life exactly what you want it to be.
With a coach, you will get the support, strategies, and accountability to facilitate lasting change and transformation in your life.
Our coaches are certified, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, and offer extensive, first-hand expertise.
To ensure that we may build a solid coaching relationship, we start with a free, 60-minute introductory call. If the chemistry feels good and we choose to proceed, you will still have a second opportunity to decide if this is a good fit for you.

Is coaching therapy?
Coaching is not therapy.
Coaching is a present and forward-looking process that focuses on mindfulness, strategic planning, and personal growth. It does not attempt to replace therapy to heal past emotional trauma.
Coaches regularly refer clients to other professionals for issues that are better suited to a therapeutic relationship.
What happens during a coaching session?
Coaching is grounded on self-responsibility.
During individual coaching, the agenda is driven by the client's needs and a customized coaching program.
During group coaching calls, depending on the program, either the client sets the agenda for his/her portion of the call, or the agenda is set ahead of time by the coach.
In either scenario, you can expect powerful and clarifying questions, focused and fine-tuned planning tools, strategies, and accountability.
As your coach, we will have high expectations of you and will fully support you throughout your program.
How is coaching done?
Coaching sessions are conveniently conducted virtually, via Zoom Video Conference or over the phone, based on your preference and availability. If geographically local, in-person meetings are possible upon request,
To create profound changes in your life, the initial commitment is a three-month minimum.
Typically, sessions range from 30 to 60 minutes. You can work with a coach from two to three sessions per month, depending on the program and the specific goals you are trying to achieve.
Together, you and your coach will decide on an agreeable day and time for the coaching to occur.
You can discuss schedule-specific questions during the initial 60-minute complimentary strategy session with a coach.
